Abstract:

Provides activities accomplished during the first phase of the SEEC program. The SEEC objective is to substantially increase the deployment of high-performance ¿beyond-code¿ buildings across the southern region of the U.S. The report summarizes activities for each of the project tasks including 1) partnership development, 2) resource development, 3)technical and policy support, and 4) outreach, education, training and certification.
